Husband Material Left at the Altar Book 3 edition by Raine Miller Romance eBooks

We first met the main character of Gage Danielson as a side character in Ruth Cardello's Almost a Wedding (Left at the Altar Book 2), which you don't necessarily need to read to read this one but I would highly recommend it because it is also a good book. ;-)
His fiancé decides that he is not "husband material" which if we are honest (and you read the mentioned book 2 above) Gage totally dodged a bullet there. He meets Giselle on the beach and the story really picks up there.

Without giving away too much I can say that I felt the chemistry between the couple was authentic and not rushed. And those who know Raine might have picked up a few "easter eggs" in there.

A great read and I think if you like Raine's other stories then you will enjoy this one also.

Husband Material Left at the Altar Book 3 edition by Raine Miller Romance eBooks Reviews

"...But true insanity would be me not seeing the once-in-a-lifetime love in front of me right now."

This is part of a series of books, each by a different author where a character is dumped.  Gage goes thru the motions of committing to marraige but gets dumped just before the wedding.  He is a bit of a workaholic and is closed off, not really ideal Husband Material.  He seems ok until he meets the free spirited Giselle.  Gage and Giselle are perfect for each other, they're fun and they developed deep feelings very quickly.  The author does a good job of developing their story while still maintaining a fun light read.  I read this book very quickly and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I adore this author, and have loved many of her stories, and this sweet little novella was no exception. This was meant to be a quick little feel good read, but in its simplicity, it had many wonderful layers that I loved having unravel for my reading pleasure. Gage and Giselle wrapped themselves firmly around my heart, and I want more; so I was glad to see that Raine will be returning to Charleston with more adventures of love. Thanks Raine for capturing my heart again!
Oui oui oui to this wonderful, cute story by the amazing Raine Miller!! Let me tell you she never disappoints and she certainly gave us a little gem here.

I loved everything about this novella especially Mr. Hot Architect Gage and beautiful Giselle from Paris. You don't want to miss this as these two will transport you into a world of entertainment full of happiness and the realization that true love is certainly worth fighting for!! Their connection and passion is instantaneous and I was routing for them right from the start. They were a sincere, real couple who although both had their own flaws, they came together as one challenging each other to be together. I can't and won't say too much more because I don't want to give anything away just that you would all definitely enjoy this.

Thanks Raine once again for your magical words and for making this the perfect beach read or in my case a perfect weekend read. C'est tre magnifique!!
Gage and Giselle meet by chance at Folly Beach. Gage is just trying to come to grips with his fiancee' writing him a "Dear John" letter right before his wedding. She basically said he wasn't husband material. To add insult to injury, she informs him she was sleeping with one of his good friends. Gage is now contemplating how he was going to settle and she wasn't right for him.

Giselle enters his life like a beach fairy. He thinks he may have dreamt her the next day. Sparks definitely flew between them. Neither one seems to be willing to answer in-depth questions about themselves and each seems fine with it. They seemed to have an easy relationship that neither one of them was really prepared for.

I liked how both of them took the time they were given and ran with it. Although Gage thought he couldn't do love, he was so wrong. Giselle brought out the best in him and, I think, he brought out the best in her. Their story flowed well and was quite interesting to read. There wasn't too much drama and I liked that.
This was beautifully fantastic! I completely fell in love with both Gage and Giselle. Gage is a strong American architect. He’s just been jilted mere hours before walking down the aisle. He knows the reason his Ex left our valid reasons. I think some people don’t open up and let someone fully in their hearts unless they are the one and Gage was no exception. He wasn’t against love and commitment. He just didn’t believe because he never felt anything close to that’s.

Until Giselle

Giselle was a beautiful French artistic wallflower. She’s seen and done too much in her young life. She truly wants to believe there is love and goodness waiting for her, but like Gage has never felt it. Gage surfs into her life and lights up her heart.

These two strangers spend one sexy amazing month together before it’s time for Giselle to return home. She’s completely in love with this beautiful man but is he ready to fall as hard as she has?

“Love
is not just a word with you
Love
is your sweet kiss at the small of my back
Love
is a new smile in your eyes on our third hour mark
Love
is our dirty socks entwined in the hamper
Love
is just you”
Beautifull lovestory, full of passion. The story was so nice, so positive, it really made my heart dancing. I was also happy about mentioning Brynne from Blackstone affair. The definition of love was simply poetry of common day. And I don't forget the dirty socks D
The both main characters wasn't searching love, but still love found them. It threw their world upside down and they both found more, they found what made them happy, what their needed most. Their other half.
